Remember your 10 out of 10 for the sphere for which you set a goal. Now colorfully imagine it. What can you do already this month/year, so that this picture/feeling becomes a little closer to you in reality?
If you dream of perfect health, your goal may be to "Run a Marathon in 2020," or anything else that brings you closer to your desired 10 out of 10.
We recommend moving to the Goal through small goals, such as "Run 5 km in 55 minutes," then "Run 10 km in 55 minutes," etc. So you will have a feeling of victory much more often, and this is an insanely important component of moving forward.
