Wheel of Life Worksheet
A blank 8-segment wheel with a 1-10 grid. Rate each sphere, mark where you are, and answer four reflection prompts. The version we hand out at workshops.
Open & printCoaching Session Intake
Send to a client before your next session. Wheel rating, where they're stuck, what success looks like, top three priorities. Your call walks in already half-prepared.
Open & printWeekly Review Template
Sunday-night reflection in one page. What went well, what didn't, did each sphere move, habit tally, what you carry into next week. Twelve minutes, real perspective.
Open & print30-Day Habit Tracker
Pick one habit. Pick one sphere it's meant to lift. Mark thirty days. Rate the sphere again. The simplest version of an experiment that actually moves your wheel.
Open & printHow to use these
Each link opens a clean, print-optimized page. Use your browser's print dialog (Cmd+P on Mac, Ctrl+P on Windows) to print on paper or save as a PDF. The print stylesheet hides the navigation and footer so you only get the worksheet itself.
Suggested order
- Start with the Wheel of Life worksheet. Rate where you are today across the eight spheres. The ratings are a baseline you'll want later.
- Pick the lowest sphere and grab the 30-Day Habit Tracker. One habit, thirty days, see if it moves the rating.
- Use the Weekly Review on Sundays to keep the habit honest and notice what else is shifting.
- If you're a coach, use the Coaching Session Intake to skip the small-talk warm-up and get clients walking into the call already in the work.
Why we made these free
The Wheel of Life is a public methodology. We built an iOS app around it, but the methodology itself belongs to anyone using it. Coaches, therapists, HR teams, friends running an accountability group — if a paper version is what works for you, take it. If you want to print a hundred copies for a workshop, do that too.
Want it interactive instead of on paper?
The free assessment scores your wheel in under four minutes, gives you your archetype, and points you at one habit to start with — no printer required.
